There's lots of excitement on the horizon! Our trip to NC and performance at The Fiddle & Bow were fabulous. The Fiddle & Bow Concert series is held at a performance hall named Blessings and they have white Christmas lights attached to a black ceiling. We felt like we were performing under the stars! It was great fun.

But, now we are on to new adventures. Dave and I will make our yearly trek to Winfield, KS where he shares emcee duties on Stage 1 with Mike Flynn, host of The Folk Sampler and good friend to us! I will be spending a few days off from Mommy-hood just relaxing.

Then, it will be time to gear up for IBMA week. Although we are not attending the conference this year, we will be showcasing on Sunday at Bell Buckle Record's Dare to Be Different event and Monday night at the NIBGA Showcase Suite (Room 213/214 in the Convention Center).

Ah, Autumn -- always so full of excitement!!!
